and suddenly i'm a tea-drinker

Now, this is not to say that I drink a ton of tea. But I've gone through three cups this past week and that's more than I've ever in my whole life.

In trying to change my ways of gravitating towards eating sweets and not-especially-good-for-me food, I took up drinking tea as a substitute for coffee -- and I must say, I don't know why I haven't tried it before. I still much  prefer coffee, but a cup of earl gray (+ a little milk and honey) in the morning or evening seems to hit the spot.

What are your favorite kinds of teas?

  1. Tea is a favorite of mine, too.
You must try iced tea! It's delish on a hot summer day!
Also, here are a few of my favorite tea flavors:
Peach, green tea with pomegranate, raspberry, mint medley, and french vanilla.

  9. Such lovely pictures, Haley. I'm not a huge tea drinker, but it is special to have a cup of tea. :) My current favorite tea is Bulk Herb Store's creamy pumpkin pie tea. Oh my. It is SO good when paired with swirls of honey and milk. Mmm... For me, I usually drink tea because I know that it's good for you or that it's special, but I've found this tea to be truly yummy. :) Thanks for your comment on my blog, btw! Blessings!

  13. My favorite tea flavors are Milk Oolong and Green apple. I usually have tea during breaks at work, if I feel sick or when I'm just hanging out with friends. It's a good substitute for coffee because of the health benefits you gain and the aroma is just fascinating!
