I just got back this weekend from a youth camp/retreat.
These are some pictues of my room today before I cleaned it up, unpacked my suitcase, and did laundry.
But sometimes messy is beautiful.
the first shot is simply beautiful. and i adore that quote by tolkien; it's probably one of my all time favorites. i was cleaning my room today too, and i decided i liked a little bit of unmade beds, fallen photographs, books and notebooks scattered about, and scarves and accessories carelessly hung on the hooks. (unfortunately, my mother doesn't find the beauty in my mess. haha)
